Clear amber brew with modest foam in the snifter. Not very spritzy in the mouth. Camel taste with an herbal kiss of something like hops. Pleasantly sweet and malty, at least to start. I think of carrot juice with a dose of sweetish white wine.
No bitterness to speak of. It's like an unhopped pumpkin beer. Besides the lack of carbonation this is missing a touch of something to sharpen it up. The malt lays fat on the tongue like a blowsy Blonde Ale after to many sips. On tap at the downtown brewpub.
