Copenhagen 6/12 2022. 40 cl from draft at Taphouse, Lavendelstræde, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque dark brown with the a small beige head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet malty and roasted scent mingling with a sharp citric and unforgiving odor with a dry vibe. Hard roasted malts, caramel, toffee and citrus, sharp grapefruits.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit harsh. Lingering. Finish dry.
Not especially pleasant or civilized. It requires patience and and plenty of time to digest.

Bottle. Opaque black. Thick and dense tan head which reduces with alacrity.
Rich aroma of espresso, milk chocolate and toasted wholemeal bread.
A somewhat disappointing subdued flavour reflecting the bouquet. Harsh bitter completion.
Thin at the front and then viscous down the throat. Little to no carbonation.
Did not live up to the sight and smell.
