Copenhagen 4/12 2017. 33 cl bottle from Ørsted Vine, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Very strange label. Drawing of a red haired Femme Fatale lying in a chair which looks like a very big glass of porter supplemented by a giant skull. Pretty cool.
Pours opaque dark brown with small beige head. Settles as thin rim of foam along the side of the glass.
Aroma is rich and intense. Sweet vanilla and caramel balanced by bitter coffee. Some bitter chocolate in the background and a woody quality.
Soft carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor has a medium to strong sweetness followed by medium strong coffee bitterness.
Nice one. But a little thin.
