Copenhagen 14/3 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Purple can with some weird stairs going into infinite (purple) space.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a big, frothy, white head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam clinging to side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with sweet exotic fruit and citric fruit in abundance. Sweet mango and pineapple. Grape fruit, citrus fruit. Acerbic.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
An APA with a immensely intense nose - but it does not manage top fully follow up in the flavor. Strangely hard carbonation.
