A Double Dry-Hopped DIPA in which rolling hills of oats and wheat are paired with mountains of Citra and Simcoe. The combination of a velvety mouthfeel and tropical zing might just make you want to double dippy doo it all over again.

Copenhagen 15/6 2022.44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a sunrise over some purple hills seen through the eyes of a enthusiastic Drug Addict on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as an uneven, lumpy yet patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet odor of sweet, slightly fermented and overripe tropical fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruits. Mango, peach and turpentine. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Quite juicy and not too boozy.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and quite bright and juicy tropical hops, with mango and passion fruit standing out, as well as a light, resinous note. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of light biscuity malt and quite juicy, vibrant tropical hops, with mango and passion fruit really standing out here and lighter notes of papaya and a hint of orange, as well as light, resinous touch coming through in the aftertaste. Finishes with a light bitterness and some passion fruit and light resin lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
I don't know what magic they worked here to get such vibrant tropical notes from the Citra and Simcoe, but I had to double check the label to make sure that this wasn't brewed with actual passion fruit. All right, maybe I'm exaggerating, but only a little bit, as this really is impressively juicy and tropical, while balanced by a nice, resinous bitterness at the same time. Very enjoyable indeed.
