Copenhagen 31/7 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. The can looks like a pulpy Science Fiction cover with a red plain with weird patterns in the sand and a hovering silver sphere.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stable and creamy. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with vivid odors of tropical fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine and resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is fairly intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitternes. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Pretty potent and dry as a Desert.

440 ml can, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 6.5%. Cloudy / opaque "dirty" yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of over-ripe pineapple and yellow stonefruits. The flavour is fruity and medium sweet, notes of over-ripe pineapple again, hints of citrus and yellow stonefruits, also hints of sprucetips.
