Copenhagen 7/8 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A green Skull with a fiery veil on the can.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a mid-sized light beige head. Stable. Settles thin - almost transparent - layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet slightly candy-like odor mingling with earthy notes. Chocolate, molasses and caramel. Leather and tobacco. A bit musty.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, slightly viscous yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet slightly boozy undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent but not too heavy Baltic boozer. Version 9?! They must be approaching perfection.
