Copenhagen 25/6 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Purple and pink can with an ampersand in what looks like crumbled tinfoil.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit and a bit more aggressive scent of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and peach. Grapefruit and lime. Touch of pine needles.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Potent and powerful single hop Indian Pale Ale.
