Copenhagen 8/10 2023. 44 cl can from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. A very green can with a balloon shaped form transgressing a green onion.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with big white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with tart Citrus fruit. Pineapple and mango. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith quite strong sweetness nicely balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a distinct sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant and pretty civilized.

Hazy yellow colour. IPA smell; resiny, citrus and soap but not in a bad way. Taste is the same. Light bitterness, somewhat fizzy feel. Perfectly decent DDH IPA.
