Copenhagen 30/4 2024. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Red and brown can with a futuristic rendering of something that looks like the bottle city of Kandor.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles thin, powdery patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with a touch of stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, caramel and ripe peach. Sharp grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Indian Pale Ale with a decent bitter bite.
