Copenhagen 1/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Futuristic landscape on the can with strange building where strange creatures from the Stars lives.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and fruity odor minting with a stronger, sharp citric scent. Mango and overripe peach. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweetish undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine and fruity specimen.
