Copenhagen 9/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. The can design looks like the unbleached cover of a prog rock album from the seventies with deconstructed pyramid and a un-motivated camel.
Pours opaque, unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a bit of citrus. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thickly, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit on the sweet and fruity side.
