Frederiksberg 15/8 2023. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a odor of sweet stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruits. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lime.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. Almost fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Hard carbonated but fresh and light as a Sessionable Indian Pale Ale should be.
