Copenhagen 2/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a pile of heavy brown stones and one Pineapple in a strange world with a very orange sky,
Pours unclear, almost opaque, golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing t speak of.
Aroma is intense with a dark, sweet fermented odor of overripe Tropical fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit, Mango and pineapple. Bruised peach. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, fermented undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine fruity DIPA.
