Copenhagen 6/6 2023. 40 cl from tap at Bootleggers Craft Beer, Linnésgade, Kbh. K.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a more aggressive citric scent. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Touch of turpentine.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. On the verge of being fizzy.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone dry.
Satisfying dry specimen.
