Copenhagen 26/1 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogadem, Kbh. N. Green can with two persons standing in a fragmented landscape considering a cloud formation.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stabe. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Pineapple and Peach. Sharp Lemon and Grapefruit. Whiff of Pine.
Light carbonation, Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine bitter and juicy NEIPA.
