Copenhagen 14/7 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Silver steel-can with a helix-like line running vertical on the can criss-crossed by a pattern of green spheres with red lines in between.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm Rick crown of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet for of malts mingling with a bit of exotic fruits. Citric notes peeking in. Sweet pale malts and bit caramel. Peach and apricot. Citrus. Floral perfume.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Linger for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid Pale Ale with a nice dry finish.
