Copenhagen 17/4 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Colorful purplish and pink can with a hovering stone landscape among the clouds.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with s sweet malty odor mingling with a citric tart scent. Sweet pale malts, bread. Lemon, fresh grass and sour acidic berries.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour edge. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine Pilsener with a light exotic streak.
