Copenhagen 4/5 2022. 44 cl ca from Meny, Borups Allé, Fre. F. A pixelated bird standing on top o a egg with a toxic green background o the can.
Pours opaque, murky dark brown with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, toasted dark scent mingling with citric notes. Dark and sweet roasted malts. Hints of brown sugar. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced bt a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet underrate. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Elegantly finding the balance between the sweet and roasted and the bitter and citric.
