Copehagen 25/8 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of a raised hand with a shining palm disrupting a pattern of levitating cubistic, pink spaghetti on the can.
Pours opaque, murky orange-ish red with a small white head- Bubbly- Disappears after new seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet berries and tart citrus fruits mingling. Raspberry, strawberries and currants. Citrus and lemon. Whiff of cooked cabbage.
Light carbonation. Sightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet with a notable tart undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Well-balanced berry beer.
