Here a double dry-hop of Mosaic gives us dank mango and papaya notes on top of a round body with a full mouth finish.

Copenhagen 24/9 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. The Ampersand sign in a state of melted smashed metal on the can with a blue background.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles af thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with dry, citric notes. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit, lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Straight forward and citric. As a Mosaic Single Hop brew should be.
