Chaos Equilibrium is a collaboration with our great friend Leigh, of Dispensary Whisk(e)y bar fame. We brewed a heavy and dark beast of a stout and then aged it for two years in Stauning rye whisky barrels.

Copenhagen 19/10 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with a golden illustration of a snake hovering over a cup. Looks like the symbol for the organization for cruel pharmacists.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam floating around in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a dark sweet malty odor mingling with a earthy sourish scent. Dark roasted malts, brown sugar. Leather and dark chocolate. Sourish grains. Sweet boozy sharp whiskey.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, oily, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a just as potent coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is quite dry.
Potent, intense, boozy package from the association of evil pharmacists.
