Copenhagen 4/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. A weird green Skull on the can dissolving to a messy state.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a dark, sweet, malty odor with a solid touch of roast. Earthy. Sweet dark malts, licorice, coffee, leather. A bit of brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed nd balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with sweet and boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is a bit dry. Light boozy burn.
Potent thirteenth version of Undulate.
