Copenhagen 4/4 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb.F. Painting of a weird craters enjoying a trip to a very polluted beach on the can.
Pours opaque unclear yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with sweet citrus fruit with only a light tart touch. Peach and mango. Blood orange. Whiff of lime.
Light carbonation Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant visit to the contaminated beach.
