For this new DIPA, we are glad to be working with Crosby Hops™ to bring a feisty combination of Zappa®, Triumph, Cashmere and Belma® to a smooth 7.8% hazy beer.
The Zappa® hop varietal is named after the iconic musician, Frank Zappa, who famously said “A mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work if it is not open”.

Copenhagen 7/4 2024. 44 cl can from Any, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Shadowy figure traversing a a hilly landscape on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a zesty scent of citrus fruit. Peach, pineapple and passion fruit. Grapefruit, lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Silken yet bitter.
