This black beer features a dry-hop of Simcoe on top of a mass of dark roasted malts. Notes of citrus, pine and dark chocolate float on a smooth body with a gentle bitter bite.

Copenhagen 17/12 2023. 4 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. The brown can resembles the cover of a School book on Artificial Intelligence.
Pours opaque dark brown with a huge light beige head. Stable. Settles as a thick, several centimeters thick crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a distinct citric scent. Roasted dark malts, toffee and caramel. Brown sugar. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for while. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice hoppy Porter which brings a Black IPA to mind.
