Copenhagen 10/12 2023. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Dry & Bitter's usual can design with what looks like a lonely guy sitting inside a Lava Lamp.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, fine, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with fresh citrus fruit. Ripe peach and passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. A bit of pine.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft yet lively texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is a tad watery. Moderately intense. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Nice nose but a bit on the watery side when it come to flavor.
