Copenhagen 30/12 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a chocolate-drenched planet hovering on a red sky on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middel of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a a strong sugary sweet odor mingling with a bit of citrus and chili. Brown sugar, toffee, milk chocolate and caramel. Whiff of citrus. Alcohol lurking just beneath the surface.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a warming, chili streak. Lingering. Finish is semi dry with the alcohol peeking in.
Potent Mexican Chili and Chocolate Bomb.
