Copenhagen 25/11 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very futuristic landscape swathed in green light and with mushroom-like lamps on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and pineapple. Lemon and grapefruit. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter- Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Sweet but not without bitter bite.
