Copenhagen 3/6 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a modernist painting named distressed bowl of peaches on the can.
Pours murky, golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense wit a strong sweet fruity odor of stone fruit mingling with a lighter tart sour scent. Peach and apricot. Lemon and citrus. Touch of unripe berries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, slightly viscous in a smoothie-like way. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart with sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry like white wine.
Finding a fine balance between the sweet fruit and the tart sourness.
