Bob is a straw-golden lager with chalk-white foam.

Bob balances the sweetness of Vienne malts and the bitterness of German hops (Spalter select and Tettenanger).

Bob features notes of freshly baked bread and birch sap.

Copenhagen 23/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Sventies style can In pastel colors with name and style in purple letters.

Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to over the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of sour grains. Sweet pale malts, bread and straws. Citrus and sourísh grains.

Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick soft, oily, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and laced in caramel. Lingers for a while. Sweetish, malty finish.

Solid malty, Bock beer.
