Take a moment to float, suspended in time and space with Spheros.
A Strata, Citra and El Dorado dry-hop gives forth mandarin and lime notes and adds a delicately restrained bitterness.
Levitated by a super smooth body, rich with fluffy oats.

Copenhagen 30/4 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Painting of a floating sphere. Probably suspended in time.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity odor of peach, mango and pine needles. Lighter but distinct citric notes. Lime and orange.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
It might not suspend me in time - but it Is a more than decent NEIPA.
