A dazzling double dry-hop of Idaho-7, Citra and El Dorado leads you to flavours of pineapple, watermelon and mango. A mellow, creamy mouthfeel is complemented by a gentle rye spiciness and hoppy fruitiness.
Phosphenes & Moonbeams is the 2nd installment in our new series of DDH beers, The Voyage Within.

Copenhagen 28/12 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very phosphorescent can with a silhouette floating amid strange patterns. Not many moonbeams to be seen.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet and fruity odor mingling with a more prominent citric sour scent. Sweet blood orange. Hints of peach. Grape fruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light fruity sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Bitter, dry and intense for a Session IPA.
