Copenhagen 30/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Quite evil-looking and grey Rabbit on the can with red eyes and a aggressive intent.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet fruitiness mingling with a light grassy bitterness. Sweet, pale malts. Bread, and grains. Grass. Hints of citrus.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
A fine, old, mean Rabbit with a decent bitter bite for a Pilsner.
