We opened Fermentoren in 2011, inspired by our love of hoppy beers. That same love also prompted the establishment of Dry & Bitter 4 years later.
Green C’s is the house IPA that we brew for our birth mother; showcasing all the C’s, Cascade, Chinook, Columbus and Citra, and that bitter bite that grabbed us from the start.

Copenhagen 26/11 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very graphic can with a wet-looking blue sphere hovering over a crudely drawn landscape and a blood red sky.
Pours unclear - bordering on hazy - golden yellow with a big, stable, fluffy white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor on the verge of being fermented mingling with citric notes. Sweet malts and caramel. Peach and papaya. Fermentation and decay.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed b a slightly stronger critic bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Bitter with sweet hints of decay. Good one.
