Copenhagen 15/10 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Very colorful, Alien landscape with several orange spheres bringing huge Oranges to mind.
Pours almost clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of pale malts mingling with a bit of citrus and freshly mown grass. Sweet pale malts bread and a bit of caramel. Citrus. Grass.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balancedc by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a tad watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Very much on the bitter side without much fruitiness.
