Collaboration with Pomona Island Brew Co.
Ever wondered what happens when the vibrant spirit of Pomona Island Brew Co journeys peaceful landscapes of Gørløse?
Our latest creation is a homage to the beauty of collaboration and the art of brewing. Pipa is a bright, crisp Pale Ale that balances a light malt body with the refreshing zing of citrus and tropical fruits. It's a refreshing & hoppy ale with balanced malt, highly drinkable.

Copenhagen 21/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Cream can with a strange colorful landscape with an oozing river and a setting sun.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a little watery. Medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing but a bit thin.
