Pushing your way through the lush forest foliage, hearing the call of birds and feeling the warm sun filtering down. A sound like wings comes to you with the scent of hops. Huge, majestic, beautiful - is it a butterfly or a bird?

Copenhagen 11/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. colorful and exotic landscape with a green butterfly fluttering away.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the dies of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a citric scent. Peach, pineapple and passion fruit. Grapefruit and citrus. Whiff of pine forest.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit, Finish is rather dry.
Fresh, tart and bitter.
