Copenhagen 7/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. What looks like a planet-destroying process in different shades green and orange on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a strong, zesty scent of citrus fruit. Mild peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon in abundance. Touch of resin.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a mild sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a tad watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Zesty nose and refreshing.
