Copenhagen 4/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. What looks like Stonehenge in a Galaxy far far away on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Creamy and fluffy. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with sharp, zesty Citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon. Overall pleasant.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy and almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist.
Fresh and tart. Not a bad pocketful of Philosophy.
