Copenhagen 23/4 2024. 44 cl can from Borups Allé, Frb. F. Orange can with a sun setting between two hills. Very tropic.
Pours opaque hazy, a bit dirty, brownish yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm, creamy, uneven layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the glass of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a pleasant sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Ripe peach and pear. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation- Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant and bitter in a civilized manner.
