Galaxy, Citra & El Dorado combine with a complex malt bill to produce lovely light coffee notes with plenty of stone fruit flavour, balanced by a citrus twist.

Copenhagen 20/5 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Some charged electrons racing around on the can.
Pours clear dark mahogany with a red hue ans a mid-sized beige head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of frothy foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet and roasted odor of dark malts mingling with tart and citric notes. Dark roasted malts, biscuits and a whiff of brown sugar. Singed. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, toasted undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Dark and roasted with a solid citric touch.
