As the name suggests, this beer is a cheeky little fighter who snuck up on us. For the last couple of years, we’ve brewed our beer without the help of milk sugar (lactose), but for this single-hopped DIPA we decided to sneak some in to create a full bodied beer with super smooth mouthfeel. This is the perfect vehicle for our liberal use of the OG craft beer hop; Citra; in triple format glory - T90, Cryo AND HyperBoost. Sneaky!
Juicy fruit, hoppy.
Hops: Citra T90 & Cryo & HyperBoost
Malts: Golden Promise, Oats, Wheat

Copenhagen 26/5 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A sneaky ninja in the sunset on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized, dense white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity and fermented odor mingling with a sharp and zesty scent of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Hint of decay. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium tick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a fermented and sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and smooth Ninja.
