Copenhagen 5/12 2023. 44v cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. K. Landscape with cacti in psychedelic colors on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin, almost transparent layer for foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit and a pronounced scent of pine trees. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lime. Resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Quite intense DIPA - but not very boozy.
