Coconut, Cacao, Tonka Bean & Habanero Stout
This Christmas we have brought together a warming blend of Mexican ingredients into a luxurious stout.
Noche Buena’s mass of heavy, black malts lend notes of rich, dark chocolate, while the infusion of coconut, cacao nibs, tonka beans and habanero peppers gives you sweetness, depth and complexity.

Copenhagen 30/11 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Mexican desert landscape in twilight with red star shimmering.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a big beige head. Bubbly. Thin, flimsy patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, candy-like and sugary odor mingling with an abundance of dark chocolate. Chocolate, almond, vanilla and marzipan. Brown sugar. Coffee liqueur.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a sweet, boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry and a tad sugary.
A bit heavy sweet beer with enough alcohol to lighten things up.
