With the indomitable Lily from The Queer Brewing Project, we have brewed this Pale Ale to meet you as hope springs again.
A plentitude of oats give a soft and full mouthfeel, which is complemented by Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Motueka in the dry-hop.
Lily uses the craft beer lens to examine the ways in which queer and trans identities intersect with an intolerant society. Check out her work!

Copenhagen 15/8 2020. 44 cl can from Salling, Søndergade, Aarhus. A hovering gold ring with a shining light on the can. Looks like a Tolkien fanboy poster.
Pours hazy, murky golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy patches of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, lemonade-ish odor with both sugary sweetness and tart notes. Sweet oranges. Touch of marmalade. Tart citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice and light Pale Ale - which lacks a bit of intensity.
