Slow down your eyes and feel the subtle shift of energy. Phase Curve, a hazy session IPA with Citra and Simcoe hops, comes from our love of all things astronomic and gradual. Taste the smooth arc of a soft body with a gentle fruity zing.

Copenhagen 8/3 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery Web-shop. Quite weird painting on the can with a floating metallic ball, a sunset and a weird phallic tap.
Pours hazy yellow with a very big, fluffy white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the ides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense and dominated by a strong odor of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and papaya. Soon overpowered by grape fruit and citrus in abundance. On the verge of getting acidic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is not as intense as the aroma. Medium sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness.Aftertaste is light, citric and bitter. A bit thin. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite intense for a Session IPA - and with a decent citric bite.
