Our twist on a traditional German style lager, bringing deep malt flavour in a refreshing big-glass beer. Smooth & mellow, with a taste of toasted bread & a hint of caramel.

Copenhagen 17/8 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. F. Can in fiery and warm colors. A roaring Ocean and some yellow drips of magma. Curious.
Pours clear amber with a huge off-white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles as a 0,3 cm thck layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of sour grains. Sweet toasted malts, biscuits and bread. Whiff of sour grains rummaging in the background.
Light carbonation. Slightly thic, oily, soft and a bit flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong g bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and toasted. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid sweet and malty Märzen.
