Copenhagen 28/7 2021. 50 cl from tap at Kompasset Beer Bar, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong citric and searing scent and a milder sweet fruitiness. Lime and grapefruit in abundance. A bit of peach mellow out the citrus odor.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a bit of bite. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Lives up to the name. Fizz, dry and sour. “Zpritz”.
