Copenhagen 25/0 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with a halved grapefruit as a blistering sun.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam stretching in vain to cover the surface of theater. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense but gets stronger as the beer warms up. Sweet stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Grapefruit. Tangerine and citrus.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture. On the verge of getting fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Fruity, dry and bitter. But not without a redeeming sweetness.
